At Qaraar, we stand behind the quality of our signature oils. We want you to feel the peace and comfort that our products are designed to provide. If your experience isn’t what you expected, we are here to help.

15-Day Return Window Our policy lasts 15 days. The 15-day countdown begins on the day your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (the delivery date is based on courier tracking). If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Usage Limit & Conditions: 

  • We understand that you may need to try the oil to see if it suits you. However, to be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been used more than 10% of its total volume.

  • The bottle and packaging must be returned in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at qaraarpk@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call us at 03174912010 with your order number and a photo of the current oil level in the bottle.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive a bottle that is broken or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
